Brief: Transport press and influencers to the Polish countryside without leaving New York.
Approach: Two immersive "estates" — Bartężek's frozen lakes and Smogóry's dense woodlands — built inside a Manhattan event space. Every sensory detail considered.
We transported guests to the heart of Polish provenance, revealing how climate variations shape superior rye into exceptional vodka.
We meticulously designed two unique 'estates' to reflect Poland's Bartężek estate, with its pristine lakes and harsh winters, and the captivating Smogóry region, characterized by dense woodlands.
These environments integrated dramatic soundscapes, enchanting lighting, vibrant greenery, and natural wood accents to evoke an authentic, refined atmosphere. In addition to the immersive settings, we curated tastings and educational sessions that allowed guests to delve deep into the world of Belvedere Vodka and the Single Estate Rye Series. These sessions added layers of sophistication to the overall experience, providing insights into the craftsmanship behind each distinctive vodka.
